Writing

Most business writing comes from people theorizing at a desk. Mine comes from the field.

I’ve worked hands-on with thousands of founders across 24 countries—from Mexico City to Seoul—teaching AI, running innovation programs, and learning what actually separates the people who ship from the people who just talk.

I write about three things: AI (practical tactics, not hype), entrepreneurship (lessons from starting four companies, half of which failed), and video (because your camera presence matters more than you think). My essays combine storytelling with tactical frameworks you can use immediately. The kind of insights you won’t find in Harvard Business Review because they come from making mistakes in the arena, not observing from the sidelines.
